UTC Bolton are delighted to be hosting the first Hydrogen Hack sponsored by Arcola Energy and Toyata between 21st – 25th August. 10 centres across the UK nationwide will participate before travelling down to Ravensbourne University on 26th August for the finals. During the hack, students will be set a challenge that involves using a combination of fuel cells and programming to make an inanimate object move or do something new. Students will then present their idea at the final and the winners will be awarded the highly-coveted Arcola Cup.
Regardless of whether you consider yourself to be a beginner or expert in either programming or engineering, young people aged 8-18 are welcome to attend and there will be a team of mentors and experts available to assist you with the challenge.
Although it is free to participate, places are limited so please register using the link below if you would like to join in the fun and have the chance to win the Arcola Cup!
